Why Seek 21 Days?
Seek 21 Days is an invitation for our church family to slow down, come together, and fix our hearts on God. We believe that when we seek Him on purpose, He meets us with clarity, peace, and renewal. This season is about choosing unity over noise and pursuit over routine, as we give God our first and our best
Over these 21 days, we are walking together through prayer, fasting, and Scripture. Some moments will happen in the room, like 24 hour prayer, Encounter Nights, and gathering on Sundays. Other moments will happen quietly at home, through a weekly fast and a simple SOAP plan that guides us to hear God for ourselves. Every step matters, whether you are here in person or leaning in from home
This journey tells a bigger story. It starts with personal renewal, as God softens hearts and realigns priorities. It grows into corporate unity, as we seek Him together as one church family. And it prepares us for what God desires to build in us and through us in the season ahead. Seek 21 Days is not about perfection, but about faithfulness, showing up daily and trusting that God will do the work only He can do

FAQ
What is Seek 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Seek 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting is a dedicated season for our church family to personally and corporately seek the Lord at the beginning of the year. Through prayer, fasting, and Scripture, we are creating space for deeper intimacy with God, personal renewal, and greater unity as a church. This season is about seeking God first and consecrating our hearts for what He is doing in the year ahead.
What does Fasting Look Like?
Fasting during Seek 21 Days is a purposeful setting aside of something that normally occupies our attention in order to focus more fully on God. Each week will include a suggested fast, such as social media, news, or entertainment, along with Scripture readings and prayer focus. Fasting is not about perfection or comparison, but about creating intentional space to listen to the Lord and depend on Him.
In addition to these focused fasts, many Christians also choose to participate in a food fast. A food fast is a biblical practice seen throughout Scripture, where food is limited or set aside for a time to devote oneself to prayer and seeking God. This can look different for each person and may include skipping a meal, fasting for part of the day, fasting certain types of food, or participating in a longer fast as the Lord leads.
Fasting is not about earning God’s favor or pushing our bodies beyond wisdom. It is about humility, surrender, and attentiveness to God’s voice. We encourage everyone to fast prayerfully, responsibly, and in a way that honors their health and season of life. The heart of fasting is not comparison or performance, but drawing near to God with intention and trust.

What is the 24-hour prayer event?
The 24-hour prayer and fasting event is the launch of Seek 21 Days. From January 2 at 6:30pm to January 3 at 6:30pm, the church building will be open continuously for prayer. Our goal is to cover the full 24 hours with prayer as we consecrate the year together. Individuals and families are invited to sign up for one hour prayer slots and participate in seeking the Lord as one body.
What are Encounter Nights?
Encounter Nights are weekly Friday evening gatherings during Seek 21 Days focused on worship and prayer. These nights are designed to help our church family slow down, respond to God’s presence, and seek Him together in a focused and unhurried way. Each Encounter Night begins at 6:30pm and is open to all who want to press in and encounter the Lord.
What is SOAP and how do I do it?
SOAP is a simple Bible reading method that helps guide daily time with God. It stands for Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer. Each day, you will read a selected Scripture, reflect on what stands out, consider how it applies to your life, and respond to God in prayer. We invite you to pick up our Seek 21 Days Devotional to help guide you through this process.
What if the church is fasting from social media?
If the church is participating in a social media fast, it is an invitation to intentionally step away from digital distractions and re-center our attention on God. This fast is meant to help cultivate silence, presence, and greater awareness of God’s voice.
During the week we choose to fast from social media, our church social media accounts will also be on a break. This is a way for us to practice the fast together as a church family and create shared space to seek the Lord without online noise.
