First time at Radiant?

Here's how the night
will go.

  1. Arrive a little early

    We start at 6:00pm, and coming a few minutes early makes finding a seat easier. Someone will be there to say hi and point the way.

  2. Drop off the kids

    Childcare is ready for ages 0 through kindergarten. No sign-up, just follow the signs to kids check-in. Older kids are welcome to stay with you.

  3. Worship together

    At 6:00pm a full band leads songs, we read scripture, and there's time to give thanks and pray. Sit, stand, sing, or just take it in. Join in at your own pace.

  4. Head home for the holiday

    Grab your kids and head into Thanksgiving together.

Why we gather

It is good
to give thanks.

On the eve of Thanksgiving, we gather to worship from a place of gratitude, to remember the faithfulness of the Father's heart, and to make room for His presence together as a family. It's a full band night, open-handed and unhurried. Less program, more encounter.

Questions

Good things
to know.

I've never been to Radiant. Is this for me?

Yes. You don't need to know the songs or anyone in the room. Come as you are, bring whoever is with you for the holiday, and stay for as much of the night as you'd like.

What does "Encounter" mean?

It's our way of saying we're leaving room for God to meet us. There's no set program to rush through, just time to worship, pray, and give thanks together.

What should I wear?

Whatever is comfortable. Jeans and a sweater are perfect.

Do I need to sign up?

No sign-up needed, for you or your kids. Just come, and come early if you can.

Can I bring family who are visiting?

Please do. That's the heart of the night: starting Thanksgiving together, in worship.

Is there Prayer Room that Wednesday?

This night takes its place. Prayer Room picks back up the following week.

How long does it last?

We start at 6:00pm. The posture of the night is open-handed, so we won't rush it.
